Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Most items sold by Weird Is Where the Heart Is are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

There is normally no need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
